Booking details are the client's responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility for booking errors.

The driver will be at Faro airport waiting for you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, where you will have to produce your reservation.

If you have problems with your luggage upon arrival, let us know by calling us the number provided on your reservation +351 917 717 070. We will be happy to wait until the problem is resolved.

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before your arrival date. You must cancel by phone or e-mail, where we will send the amount except transfer fees.

Changes to the reservation must be made up to 24 hours before your arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse to transport customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered to be at risk for our driver.

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. The consumption of food and drinks is also not allowed, except water.

We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost. Your property is entirely your responsibility.

We have the right to leave your accommodation 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Driver must be notified of your delay.
